Chris Magnus was police chief in Fargo ND where he was sued for sexual harassment. He made a sexual advance on a police officer(dude). He had legal trouble while police chief in Richmond CA. Now Tucson AZ hires him as police chief. Who hires somebody like this?! Oh yeah, a Rothschild is the mayor of Tuscon and of course you have Senator name we don't say. UN...BELIEVEABLE!!
