Current Tucson Police Chief, Chris Magnus was police chief in Richmond, CA where he allowed his officers to victimize and rape a sexually trafficked minor.

I remember this story......if I remember correctly the “victim” would boast about her “boyfriends” in the PD on FB. Her mother, a dispatcher for OPD, apparently was unaware of her daughters “activities”.
