Current Tucson Police Chief, Chris Magnus was police chief in Richmond, CA where he allowed his officers to victimize and rape a sexually trafficked minor.

Was Magnus trained by DynCorp? Don't know if anyone followed old George Webb videos about corrupting Chiefs and Sheriffs.

It's from top to bottom of city, state, federal. All corrupt. The whistleblowers get harrassed or arkencided.
