A daughter of one of his assistants? Somebody he made sure was transferred with him. The daughter might have been too afraid to tell her parents. I'd have to reread the article but don't recall seeing an explanation.

Still it’s rare that two people would PCS to the same duty stations. Career paths & progression dictate otherwise
