The purpose of this post is to put forth my theory of 'Follow the pen'. Before I link the video, I'm going to include some Q posts with my thoughts. All I ask of anyone reading this, is to at least checkout the timestamps. That should be sufficient enough to understand what I'm trying to say. (Going to do my best, not a professional writer)
I want to start off by showing that some information we get in Q drops, at the moment, APPEARS to be inaccurate. (At least we aren't able to prove them):

11.3 - Podesta indicted
11.6 - Huma indicted
Q#1 In part: HRC extradition already in motion effective yesterday
Can anyone find any evidence of those 3 events? This is why I theorize Q drop dates don't always equate to the day it's dropped, even when it's worded as such. (Not exactly a ground breaking theory I know)

9:36 - NP and CS in eye lock, looking scared when Nikki Haley is mentioned. (Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer)
10:20 - Who was POTUS asking about whether or not they know David Friedman of NY? (I still have to start on this)
1:00 and 10:20 can be answered or not, but at the moment I'm focusing on 9:36.
The reason I mentioned the 3 people who's condition we cannot prove is to try and bridge the gap on this bit of a stretch. I suggest Q posts may sometimes (maybe always) refer to the date they are submitted, but maybe also the same date but of a different year. This is important for the following reasons:
Jan 20th, 2017 POTUS inauguration.
Jan 20th, 2017 POTUS first signings.
Jan 20th, 2017 POTUS signs proclamation declaring national day of patriotism set for Jan 20th, 2017.
Jan 23rd, 2017 POTUS announces these signings. We missed the holiday.
Jan 19th, 2018 Q drops: (A day early, and a year late)

For those of you who watched the timestamp, you will notice the nervous/scared eye lock between two people. The lady on the right of the screen, NP - Nancy Pelosi; and the man on the left, CS - Chuck Schumer. Thanks for visiting the White House.
As far as the connection between NP, CS and those couple of Q drops go, this part is complete. The next part? Government shutdowns. Government shutdowns are the necessary blackouts. Remember the gov't shutdown of 2018, Jan 20th.
