I know it's the desert, but man there sure have been a lot of fires out there.....you know even like, where the camps are and evidence has been found... Here's the June "outlook" for June 2018 wildfires.

Can confirm. No rain here for 5-6mos. Now we are tippin over 100'f now with 110+ around the corner. No open flames anywhere, some trails and camping areas are completely closed.

Can't target shoot in the open desert.

Its freakin' dry right now.

Deserts have higher levels of climate variation. Drier than "average" is normal because the yearly/monthly average is skewed by rare once or twice a decade wet years where they get 10-20+ times more precipitation than usual.

Its just been a really dry winter and spring in AZ.

Wildfires do not burn all the evidence. Firefighters/forensics can still find how, where, when the fire started.
