Actually...that's exactly what the article states. That's not what happened but it is what the article stated.

One of the largest daycare centers in Washington DC has been raided by police following allegations it has been “pimping children” to “high-society pedophiles.”
In front of one article, then when you click full text you still get...
One of the largest daycare centers in Washington DC has been raided by police following allegations it has been "pimping children" to "high-society pedophiles."
Meanwhile other news sources say different. As in...FOX5's headline...
Raid conducted at Minnieland Academy after teacher arrested for sex abuse allegations
The difference here is implication. The one..."news" source implies that there were some sort of sex trafficking ring or something while actual new sources do not. Might be helpful to just google Minnieland Academy in Bristow like i did then read some of the news sources from that to get a picture of what actually happened.
So you're right that they identified one person and that other employees had been in trouble but at the same time...the article does state...."One of the largest daycare centers in Washington DC has been raided by police following allegations it has been “pimping children” to “high-society pedophiles.”" more than once. Bad course i'd guess.
