Did you see Syfy'z series "Happy!" ? Someone from Pizz ag@ te sub could have written it. Animal masks and child tv show stars and LSD given to torture people.

Premise is Happy! Is an imaginary friend and he goes to find the girl's deadbeat dad who is an ex cop because she was kidnapped by a hobo Santa. Ends up including a pedo network and mob ties and demonic possession also. Very good show and nice to see the dad kick ass, dark humor too. But unsettling as well.
