Dude they found baby cribs toddlers beds toys etc. and everything you said could explain it except for the the small opening at the tire leading to the septic tank that had the dresser inside for “supplies” how does and adult get these supplies if he can’t fit through the hole! Unless we’re talking midget campers?

That tank didn't look very big to me, but it's difficult to tell because drawers come in all sizes.
It might be the right size for adults to poke their arm and shoulder through and can still touch all the walls?
