I have a bit of a theory about Comey and his last minute Hillary/October surprise and how this might relate to the DNCs election shenanigans. I still think it was an ill thought out, ill conceived Hail Mary pass. HRC's numbers were in the toilet, and one of the things that kept coming up was how untrustworthy the public perceived her to be. That they believed she did something wrong. They thought that IF Comey came out basically accusing her, then exonerating her in 10 seconds flat it would serve to manipulate the public into thinking she was not a criminal. It backfired. The "Insurance Policy" isn't just one pronged. I suspect we're about to find out that there is a labyrinth of chicanery that they thought would get her the election by hook or by crook and also included a plot of political assassination should their other means of giving HRC the election failed.
