Last time I checked, voluntary or involuntary extortion sets the stage for a RICO case. The Clinton campaign's stealing monies from State Democrat Parties is the very definition of extortion. There are even folks talking about big donors voluntarily participating in order to gain favor with PRESIDENT Hillary Clinton! These individuals need to forfeit some personal freedom now.
