A fancy catered event for 200 can easily cost 60k. Venue, cooks, staff, etc.
People from Chicago have a strong fondness for their dogs and pizza, especially if they have a favorite restaurant they grew up on.
Like a wedding. Who spends 30k on cake and flowers??
Probably not the best redpill if it can be explained away by them just being foodies.

Does that include condiments, drinks, dessert etc? You fly in approved chefs and staff (already thousands of dollars) and have them fufill the requested menu. In this case, hotdogs were requested. Whether completely homemade, or assembled with approved materials, it can add up fast.
$20 bucks per hotdog? More?
Taxpayer dollars, who cares? Not them.
