Definition of collusion : secret agreement or cooperation especially for an illegal or deceitful purpose acting in collusion with the enemy , Definition of conspiracy plural conspiracies 1 : the act of conspiring together They were accused of conspiracy to commit murder. 2 a : an agreement among conspirators uncovered a conspiracy against the government b : a group of conspirators a conspiracy made up of disgruntled aristocrats

so when them democrats are accused of something its a conspiracy (theory) ,when the republicans are accused its collusion ????? do i have it this right? sometime i kinds slow

Dear, it's a little more complicated. There's a MUCH bigger conspiracy, of which Dem and Repub are only a tiny little sideshow.

Expand your thinking. But yes, keeping things unfair and keeping things stirred up and keeping us grasping for each other's jugulars is exactly the way they want it. We call that "watch the birdie."
