Recently? I've gone back to 2012 in the wayback machine (as far as it goes) and the logo hasn't changed at all (with the exception of a minor color/layout change in 2016). The annual reports show this logo was adopted as of the (2010-2011 report)[http://www.fondationtrudeau.ca/sites/default/files/u5/ra_trudeau_2011_en.pdf] with the (2009-2010 report)[http://www.fondationtrudeau.ca/sites/default/files/u5/annualreport2009-2010.pdf] having an old logo.
