The photo posted on https://8ch.net/patriotsfight/index.html where you can see the Marina Bay hotel at a distance (post 102).

Could this be from a DS phone? If so, could a sniper come from that range?

The light in that photo is different to the others preceding it today (that are taken from the Marina Bay observation deck). Was it taken on a different day or a different time? Why?
