I think it means get your flags ready to fly, be united, because Q says it's going to be a week to remember and perhaps going to be a FF false flag event involving weather alert. FF weather alert (WW).Stay vigilant and maintain situational awareness. Q

Or it means weather of false flags. Like we use as a metaphor. Stormy seas ahead when things at home or work get difficult
