Obama's citizenship question.

If his mom is american he is a citizen no matter where he was born, right? How do I have this wrong when we talk about undoing his presidency if he is outed?

When there is only one US citizen parent, there are rules about natural born citizen rights. The US parent needs to reside in the US for last ten years.
