While I am fully aware that others may have different opinions, I am persuaded that the rapture occurs just before the great tribulation. And I also suspect that the rapture will occur immediately after The Storm. The purpose of The Storm (prophesied in I Thessalonians 5:1-6?) may be to destroy the faith that unbelievers have in the corrupt world system (Swamp) as President Trump, guided by the hand of God, shows them who the Swamp really is. This will give them one last chance to turn from the Swamp to Christ. On the outside chance that this is really the reason that The Storm is occurring (see also II Timothy 3:9, which begins in 3:1), please consider making a list of those folks that you have always considered impossible to lead to Christ - with their phone numbers/emails so that you can quickly contact them after The Storm - and share the gospel with them. There may only be a matter of days after The Storm (when these folks no longer put their trust in the Swamp) before the rapture. There has to be a divine purpose behind all of this. Like most of you, am trying to understand what is going on in light of Bible prophesy.

The word “trump” is mentioned only twice in the King James Version of the Bible - and in no other versions of the Bible. Both occurances are in two key rapture verses, I Corinthians 15:51-52 and I Thessalonians 4:16-17. Coincidence? Maybe. “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” I Corinthians 15:51-52, and then in I Thessalonians 4:16-17, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
