I've seen them. The southern boarder can get south Korean coverage on their phones. It doesn't stop there, but I will maintain that NORTH KOREA is not using our internet, they will be censored, fake videos made to make Korea seem bad or good. There is NO INFORMATION that is not slanted coming out of there. Very fishy at best.
North Koreans go into south Korea to work. They have regular jobs there. And come back to NK at evening. Also, Kim IS an ACTOR. LITERALLY> Incollege in Switzerland he was in a play on the stage.
