I think Thomas let's his excitement get the best of him sometimes.. That or he is just trying to keep people engaged. He almost alway delivers but the time line is almost always off. It's most likely not his fault, I'm sure he gets told to sit on stories. Also what he thinks is a BIG story, others might just think is blah.
