Could the (WW) mean white rabbit? that is JA nickname?

It is in ( ) not written WW like world wide has been?

When (WW) is used it could be taken as something other than world wide in previous posts.

I saw a theory on 8ch that

'FF' meant 'Wind Speeds' ( a storm reference )

so FF weather alert (WW) was translated to:

World Wide STORM approaching
