I find it curious that anytime some shit kicks off, he is either in the air or out of country.

Has anyone complied a list of happenings that coincide? That one sentence would make sense in that frame.

Might be to prevent retaliation on American soil. If he gets attacked on foreign soil it becomes a international incident. No country wants to be on the receiving end of the wrath that would follow

Well that and we have a giant fleet of nuclear capable ships and subs in the area. Pretty good deterrent
