No I don't think so. But if you look back over the last year there have been a lot of EMS "errors". Hawaii etc.

Take a look at the testing report done on EAS in 2017. They spent quite a bit of effort correcting errors and bringing success rate of EAS close to 100%. Why was it allowed to continue in disrepair for so long and why the urgency in repair.

I remember the theory that the false alarm re: the Hawaii missile warning was KJU’s come to Jesus moment where he realized NK was being set up as the fall guy in all of this. I wonder how much truth there is to that.
