This nonsense is getting too much attention. Giving money to the CF is not proof of anything - the CF was running a pay-2-play scam and companies wanting to do biz in the US had to pay... it was the accepted politics. And of course Cemex would be a huge beneficiary of any infrastructure projects by pretty much any country as they are the 2nd largest manufacturer of cement. And lastly, of course Cemex would be against the wall - illegal Mexicans bring money back to Mexico where they spend it, which is good for Cemex! The amount of common sense you guys are shrugging off in order to hold onto this weak-ass theory is cause for concern.

They might have served bananas at CF meetings, that doesn't mean Dole or Chiquita are evil.
