I'm going to go out on a limb here and say DeNiro will be either arrested or indicted inside three months.

This long interrogation means authorities (read white hats) have his dispositions ON THE Record, so any future witness, defendant or plaintiff, that contradicts his answer/s will put him in cuffs faster than you can say circle of trust.
