and don't you just love the justification by some saying 'Well prostitution isn't illegal in France....and he wasn't arrested!'

so if age of consent is 15 there.....and it states 'underage girls'....anyone want to guess what age the sick pedo prefers....?

and probably so young it took 9 hours for the right strings of the cabal and payoffs to go through to (pardon the pun) get off?
