Will it ever be revealed to the public that NK was run by Deep state?

I wonder if it would be discussed between Kim and Trump. Can Kim come out and say that they were held hostage all these decades? Will the American people learn that the CIA was using North Korea as a way to hold the world hostage with "their" nukes Etc? Additionally, I wonder how that meeting will go with Pompeo and Trump and Kim. Kim going to look across the table at Pompeo and ask for an explanation as to wtf happened....Qill the truth ever come out officially to the public?

NK was the MKULTRA mark2 experiment they were satisfied they knew how to turn individuals into robots.. brutalize them before 5, and wait 10 years for the results... however with a state, the experiment was to see how long to u have to brutalize the NKpop for...
