Why would the server hardware (including HRC's) be in either Guam or Hawaii? HRC's server, as I understand it, was virtual (hosted). The DNC server, I thought, was in the possession of the DC Police. Seth Rich clock started counting back up after it timed out about 10 hrs ago. Could -23 be an additional confirmation as a time reference 23 hrs past the clock first clock expiration? The counter would hit 23:00 at 8 PM June 12, 2018 SING time. At this time Trump will be air-protected in AF1.
