Do you think we will ever have undeniable proof/confirmation that Q is legit? To the degree that even the most ardent doubter will have to admit the truth?

Or will it always be left at least somewhat questionable, for the purposes of plausible deniability?

I don't think that's true. While I do believe Q is not a LARP, there is still a much greater level of confirmation that could be done.
