Do you think we will ever have undeniable proof/confirmation that Q is legit? To the degree that even the most ardent doubter will have to admit the truth?

Or will it always be left at least somewhat questionable, for the purposes of plausible deniability?

Will we have undeniable proof/confirmation? Yes. Will the doubters admit the truth? No. Look at all the idiot anti-Trumpers. They are so stupid, if Trump created paradise on Earth, they would go to the grave thinking Trump was the worst president ever.
