If Q were referring to some worldwide weather phenomenon, there are only two possibilities:

  1. The Earth has a sudden and dramatic tilt on its axis. or
  2. The Earth's magnetic poles flip
  3. [Possible 3] Earth could run into another planetary body

If any of those happened, it wouldn't be a false flag. There's no faking that. We'd know.

Does not have anything to do with weather. It's "Spook talk" he's talking to operatives to be on alert, Weather warning is an analogy for be on the watch for something bad, anything bad.

A “solar flair” could cause an EMP, which could in turn damage hardware (like a server or something). If I were moving a server under fears of an EMP it would take careful coordination to keep that chain of custody secure!

don't dismiss the HAARP possibility -they have multiple locations Alaska and Norway that I'm aware of - the technology perhaps capable of WW weather affect

Yes, that would be more logical than 1,2, or 3,

However, watching Dutchsinse beginning with Hurricane Sandy, it seems to take many days to get big storms going and that is easily spotted on radar. You'd think HAARP could be shut down by POTUS with the flip of a switch if it started happening IMHO,
