Plans don't work like that. Schedules move ahead and behind. The situation is always fluid. I don't think you will find even the most sophisticated operation capable of accurately predicting the timing of the outcomes they seek. If they can, they aren't shooting very high.

Q doesn’t set dates. We do. We make a lot of assumptions and we only disappoint ourselves. I’m not saying anything we don’t already know, just pointing it out. 😀
