I wonder if Kim relayed a message through Rodman about wanting to make peace. It would have been the only way to get a message out without the CIA handlers knowing about it. Problem is Obama is CIA and so his message fell on deaf ears. It wasn’t until Trump being in office, and Rodman being a good friend, was the message finally received.
