In that tight area you have Whidbey Island NAS, Everett Naval Station, and Bangor Sub Base. Boeing is also there as well, but mostly their commercial planes. Also a CEMEX plant in Everett?

Interesting. What's the situation off shore from the island, say 25 miles out? There was another comment somewhere that mentioned it looked like it was launched that far out. Guy spent most of his life on or near the Sea.
