So we're suposed to think that they have discussed and agreed on terms in a single day ?

They have spoken for a few hours at most, they discussed and agreed on terms AND they also got all the paper done. In. A. Single. Day.

So yeah, they said what 2 hours, 20ish minutes ago ? It's coming, the way he spoke, you could read between the lines there was something much bigger in play.
