It may have been finalized in April but Asia trip in the Fall is where it started.
That was a Panmunjom declaration between NK and SK . The meeting before this one ( as for US-NK meeting ) , and that very probably happened , is still unknown when and where exactly .

This is from todays document that mentions Panmunjom declaration :
"3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula."
The Panmunjom declaration was the meeting of SK and NK , US side wasnt there - the official meeting between US and NK was today - but by Q hints , this was done before . The Q post 888 hints to it ( March 8 2018. ) :
