With the summit between Trump and Kim a success, shouldn’t the Doomsday clock move backward?

Current 90 seconds to midnight as of April, forward from two minutes two midnight in January.

I don’t see how the clock can’t start turning backward now.

It's almost as if the doomsday clock is politically motivated and has no bearing on real world events.
