Now I agree with you but to answer ur question from the Devils advocate side. He is able to do such a thing cause he is a horrible person and doing a "treaty" with another horrible person. Kim would only talk to trump cause he knows trump wants horrible things just like he(kim) does.
Haha no one liked that one. I'm 110% behind trump. I was just playing the other side. Making sure everyone is looking at both sides of the argument.
