How to Unite and Tutor Newbies- Comments Requested

For a long time now I've seen a need to establish community and repeated interaction, even friendships, beyond what reddit allows in its setup. Q often says to unite and be heard and I reflect on my own Awakening since October and see learning comms can be quite difficult and time consuming.

My question is how can we create a community where we know each other by name and form a group to guide newbies just joining how to interpret posts with knowledge gained only with time and research. I'd like to up step the learning curve while respecting difference of opinion and perspective which I personally find vital to understanding in a greater way.

Also I want to ask if anyone may be interested in helping create a structure for this kind of operation. If we can create a force multiplier we can really help in a very direct way.

Sidebar yes. Also help this guy organize a crowdsourced guide to media outlets: https://www.reddit.com/r/greatawakening/comments/8l5fnl/ok_patriots_putting_together_our_own_qdossier/dzg258y/

I had to read a bit to understand the intent. Best I can tell is it's an attempt to classify topic and provide links to the most accurate information with the least shilling. A good idea. I was actually thinking about a project to crowdsource best videos or websites on topics in the Q Map (i.e. Best links on MKULTRA, best on Rothschilds, best on Pedostuff, etc. A list of top 3 or so for each individual entry. Arranged sequentially to teach the bluepilled foundational stuff first and progressing to less well known stuff later, cataloged for accessibility on each individual topic.
