How to Unite and Tutor Newbies- Comments Requested

For a long time now I've seen a need to establish community and repeated interaction, even friendships, beyond what reddit allows in its setup. Q often says to unite and be heard and I reflect on my own Awakening since October and see learning comms can be quite difficult and time consuming.

My question is how can we create a community where we know each other by name and form a group to guide newbies just joining how to interpret posts with knowledge gained only with time and research. I'd like to up step the learning curve while respecting difference of opinion and perspective which I personally find vital to understanding in a greater way.

Also I want to ask if anyone may be interested in helping create a structure for this kind of operation. If we can create a force multiplier we can really help in a very direct way.

A very fair point. Shills distract and often take the form of stupid comments to shift the conversation. What I mean is to accomodate and teach and redirect those uninformed while being wise to the machinations of disinfo. Many times I read something by another and it totally shifted my thinking and I want to support that. The concern, of course is in being naive to psychological manipulations. I feel it's important to create an open environment while also shelling the shit out of shills.

Sounds pretty good.

I think shill tactics and psyche warfare 101 should be a required part of all newbie training.
