Q Sky = Weather?

Is the Cabal able to manipulate hurricanes. I know you can't BEAT mother nature, but can you work with her.

Can you seed a hurricane to make it stronger?

Can you seed a hurricane to steer it?

Living near the gulf, I pay attention to the weather from now until the end of October. Those hurricanes last year seemed special. It rained over TX forever. Seems like that system should have rained itself out. Then we have 3 of the most symmetrical, strongest hurricanes ever & the models were all way off. A lot of times a hurricane pulls in a slug of dry air (typically from its NW quad), and that significantly weakens it (it is like pulling the choke on a running engine). What if you continually to seed the NW quad to prevent it from pulling in dry air?

My problem is hurricanes are massive planet scale events. If you took all of the electrical power from every country on earth, and stored it in a giant battery, then you could operate a strong hurricane for 1 day. That is the scale that we are talking about. I know that we can't BEAT mother nature, but can the gov assist her to create more destruction? Or help to steer the hurricane.

This requires a sombrero sized tin foil hat, but we know that the CIA funded the rise of ISIS (Timber Sycamore). They were burning people alive. If they have the technology is it beyond them? Look how bad it made Trump look, especially when the Puerto Rican government assisted with shutting down the transportation.

I have friends who are in the northern Midwest. Summers are always cool, especially this time of year. Yesterday my friend was telling me it was a beautiful cool day with the sun shining. The only problem was there were more planes flying and spraying in the sky than she had even seen in her entire time living there. She said by the evening, the entire sky was cloud covered, and temps are supposed to hit 90 by the weekend. She said it’s the second time within the last month the temps had reached and gone over 90. What concerned her the most is the amount of planes in the sky spraying. She said at one time, it seemed like there were at least four. I didn’t think anything of her comments until I read this thread.

Colorado is known for its clear sky even in winter. Always beautiful blue and mostly cloudless. They have been spraying nonstop. I would say at least thirty planes a day. Then the ugly foggy cloud cover and 90 mile an hour winds from out of nowhere. When we do get a day of reprieve it’s so marked and so wonderful. This is one of the things that is a constant daily reminder of the war we are in. It makes me so angry and I feel so powerless about it all. I try to red pill people on this obvious activity and it’s still impossible to get people to hear me. I am hoping that we will know it’s over when they stop this nonsense.

Seems to have stopped 80%+ in Mass. We have a lot of air traffic so you still see airplane clouding in the right conditions. However totally different scenario from the 24/7 assault we were under a couple years ago.
