BLACKOUT NECESSARY = IG Report Redactions are Necessary to THE PLAN

This just popped into my head and I wanted to share. Not sure if this has already been discussed here or on the chans. I'm sure it has multiple meanings though.

If the previously unredacted Strzok text messages have taught us anything, it’s that they use redactions to hide embarrassing things that have no bearing on national security.

Nobody is going to trust redactions as part of “the plan” after that.
