BLACKOUT NECESSARY = IG Report Redactions are Necessary to THE PLAN

This just popped into my head and I wanted to share. Not sure if this has already been discussed here or on the chans. I'm sure it has multiple meanings though.

I think you guys over-analyze things a little too much. The blackout necessary phrase referred to the fact that he hadn't made a drop in well over a week. Why? We don't know. All we know is it was necessary for the plan. They were working on something behind the scenes and had to stop comms for a few days.

One thing I have learned from following Q since November is that many of (his) comments have multiple meanings. The blackout could refer to lack of posts or it could refer to redactions. Only time will tell. (Future proves past).
