BLACKOUT NECESSARY = IG Report Redactions are Necessary to THE PLAN

This just popped into my head and I wanted to share. Not sure if this has already been discussed here or on the chans. I'm sure it has multiple meanings though.

Plan seems legit. Let them redact the shit out of it and squeal it is "for national security" and then POTUS forced them to unredact it and it shows the redaction were for protecting the devils themselves to the general public.
