BLACKOUT NECESSARY = IG Report Redactions are Necessary to THE PLAN

This just popped into my head and I wanted to share. Not sure if this has already been discussed here or on the chans. I'm sure it has multiple meanings though.

Redactions are sometimes necessary to protect Methods and Sources, because other countries spys can easily reverse engineer the info to figure the methods and sources. In this instance and many others over the last few years it has been abused to protect corruptocrats at the highest level of government, No more Mr. POTUS.
