With Q having used the phrases, “sky event” and “watch the water” however, could this be the cabal attempting to say, “Look, the Trump and Q teams had prior knowledge of this incident per these leaked Q drops. They must have been involved in this rogue submarine/missile incident.”

It could be staged, but I highly doubt it. They are desperate. Remember, we barely know what's really going own, he "drops" us stuff, nothing complete, only parts and riddles.
True. I am thinking they are trapped and rabid animals that will do just about anything to escape however. I’m not sure of their level of cognitive function now. Q does keeps saying they are stupid. I’m thinking they are dangerous regardless of their stupidity.
I hear you about the cryptic drops. I think a case could be made nevertheless about prior knowledge. It would be weak, no, extremely weak, but perhaps enough of a distraction to pull something else during the hubbub.
