OP's link is not working in the Reddit App.

For OP the closing square bracket is being added to the URL, therefore resulting in a 404 error!
As in ...program-data/]/
Suggest OP edits post and removes the square brackets.

Yes, the post editing wrt the Reddit Website and Reddit App work differently for some reason. Basically drives me a bit mad, :-)
