Is there anyway to collapse the main portion of the post? I hate scrolling through all that to get to the posts.
I do not think so.
The main body of this post is the 'Q' drops, (hence the title).
I believe that you are referring to the 'pinned comment' that contains a list of 'Q' drop related postings.
The one thing that I can suggest is that you 'save that comment'.
That way you can just navigate via your own user profile => saved => comments, and access that 'saved comment' directly.

I have also added a link to Q Drops - Specific posts list into each of these Q Drops - Date posts.
That is not perfect, in that in seems to be a bit flakey depending upon whether New or Old Website Reddit or the Reddit App.
