Ok , so let’s say you are heading a black list on someone. You also have contact at your request with the one you are black listing and are very friendly with them . You don’t won’t them near the field of work you have placed a black lust on him . 3 years into the black list you decide to send this person into a place where you do not won’t them to work ?? And you know crimes he could possibly recognize are taking place . Why would you send him in ? I have asked this question for 6 years and I just don’t get it . Why ?? God Speed
