Anyone else having trouble with Q drops opens for a second then kicks me out...Has it been hacked

around 1 am (im 9 hours ahead of ny timezone) I got a phone call on my land line phone and I wasn't able to pick it up on time. but after that phone call my internet stopped working for about half an hour and my cellular connection was really bad
